Cream Cheese Chili Dip

Ingredients:  

1 package of Cream Cheese

1 can of canned chili with or w/o beans

1 bag of tortilla chips

1 microwavable dish just right to hold the cheese and chili


1. Place canned chili in the bottom of the dish

2. Layer the cream cheese on top of chili

3. Place the dish in the microwave until warm to hot, but barely bubbling

4.  Remove dish, open chips, and enjoy

Super Healthy Brussels Chips

Ingredients:  

1-2 Pounds of Fresh Brussels Sprouts

Pinch or two of sea salt

Olive oil to drizzle

Cookie sheet lined with foil

Heat oven to 400°


1. Wash Brussels Sprouts/ remove outer layer

2. Remove remaining layers and place them on the cookie sheet in a single layer

3. Drizzle the layer with olive oil

4. Take the pinch or two of sea salt and dash the layer to taste

5.  Place in oven for 5 to 7 minutes or until crunchy brown edges form

6.  Remove and enjoy - just like potato chips!!
