 I began making jewelry about six years ago. It is a therapeutic hobby that has helped me think through the meaning of some of the paths that I have traveled. Many paths have been filled with great and wonderful things, and those jewelry creations are stunning. When I look at the pieces that were created out of tears, out of hurt, out of struggles...how odd it is that those are just as beautiful as the pieces that were made when the "sun was shining".
I have heard that life is a dance. My goodness. I have sure come to believe that in recent times. The music may not always be that great, but I have learned that you have to bust a move in a way that makes the song a beautiful melody within your soul. So it is with the paths of life. There will be many great paths, but when you encounter those difficult and rocky roads... I challenge you to find a stride that is all your own and walk that thing out and not only walk it out but make something beautiful out of it as you go.

Each piece in the Pondering Paths collection represents a story in my life. Whether it is good or bad, I have turned the path into something beautiful and I now wear the victory, literally. It is my hope that Pondering Paths will encourage you as you travel and live from day to day. It is okay to ponder... just keep moving toward a better you and why not look fabulous as you go...
